My name is Arnita Stugle, and I am a proud mother of three from Latvia.
By profession, I am an agronomist and logistics specialist, but my true passion is network marketing with Mihi.
Family is my greatest priority, and my children are my biggest motivation. I value honesty, openness, trust, and genuine relationships. These are the same values I bring into my business every day.
I lead my Mihi team the way I would like to be led—with respect, support, encouragement, and without unnecessary pressure. I believe business should be enjoyable. Life is already busy and demanding, so I love creating an environment where people can grow, have fun, laugh together, and feel supported every step of the way.
Although my Mihi team is still growing, together we already have customers and team members across seven European countries. I primarily work in the Latvian market, but I am always open to connecting with people and expanding into new markets.
